The

Saint-Valentin stamp request by Miss Deon, mayor of the commune at that

hearts drawn by Jean Louis Boncoeur (local artist). 1980-1983 :
the postal flame announces another style with Peynet’s lovers which
slogan is "Saint-Valentin, festival of engaged couples". 1985 :

It was the first time that Issoudun’s philatelic club proposed the
